Calling all Party people 👯‍♀️

While working at Ticketfly from 2014 - 2017, the company grew to over one million dollars in gross transactions per day as I crafted Ticketfly's brand voice, curated content featured in our consumer-facing marketing channels and iOS app, and established and grew our email program. I coordinated exclusive presales, onsales, and other promotions and worked directly with key clients such as Summer Stage and The Capitol Theatre in NYC, 9:30 Club in Phillly, The Independent and Bimbo's 365 Club in SF, Oregon Zoo in Portland, Life Is Beautiful Festival and more. I researched and wrote unique spotlights on the artists featured in our emails, used data to inform our marketing strategy and curatorial decisions, and expanded the program nationally across our major markets.

Special Projects

 

I lead many projects to increase engagement, drive purchases, and spur Ticketfly brand loyalty. A few examples include a special Valentine's Day promotion and the Pandora Premium Launch. I was the creative director, project manager, and copywriter for both campaigns. I worked closely with our graphic designers to create these images and gifs, worked directly with the Pandora Marketing leaders and product owners for key talking points, and worked with web designers to design the email template.
