I’m a creative copywriter, strategic thinker, and problem solver for YouTube Creator Marketing. On the day-to-day, I concept and write comms for email campaigns, dashboard notifications, in-product push notifications, monthly newsletters, and scripts & storyboards for animations & video productions. I’ve lead and written copy for comms such as “recognition”, “win-back”, and “Year in Review” email campaigns, reaching hundreds of thousands of creators. I’ve lead tone and voice identities for new product launches, and concepted and produced a story and script for a viewer-facing ad campaign promoting Channel Memberships.

 

I offer strategic expertise on social media marketing while cultivating a brand's voice and tone, bringing awareness and growing audiences through their marketing channels. I am the Marketing Manager at SF Sketchfest, San Francisco’s premiere comedy festival featuring 300+ artists bringing in tens of thousands of attendees. I managing and creating the content featured across all of our b2c channels, reaching thousands and driving ticket sales. At MIXT, a sustainable + eco-conscious local greens restaurant, I ideate, write and edit copy for seasonal marketing campaigns featured across socials, blog posts, B2C emails, and digital + print assets. For San Francisco local band, Love Jerks, I am the editor, copywriter, and manager of their social media content, and occasional PA for their short films. Since starting in July 2018, I have nearly doubled their number of followers, growing their audience by 42% on Facebook and Instagram.

Copywriter / Content Curator / Marketing Coordinator

As Content Curator at Ticketfly, I used my extensive knowledge of music to identify and hand-select artists featured on ticketfly.com, the app, and consumer email channels across the U.S. and Canada. I worked directly with clients to source promotions and deliver relevant content to hundreds of thousands of users. I established the brand voice and wrote copy for all consumer facing campaigns such as emails, socials, and ad banners. I developed and executed all our CRM campaigns, scaling our marketing efforts from negligible to driving $10M+ in annual ticket sales. I designed and executed a cross-promotion of Pandora Premium, Pandora’s new on-demand music streaming service. Campaigns exceeded benchmarks, yielding over 500K downloads and 100K trials, respectively.

From intern to full-time Content Curator at WillCall, a music discovery and ticketing startup allowing users to book tickets from a hand-curated list of live shows, I wrote pithy artist descriptions, curated the discovery list, managed inventory, and worked directly with promoters and venue bookers. With my finger on the pulse, I booked and threw stacked shows for our packed WillCall Presents parties, built and scheduled our consumer facing emails, and wrote cheeky push notifications unique to the brand voice. During WillCall’s last days, after the Ticketfly acquisition, I strategized, conducted, and sunset the app.
